Roast Chicken with Curry Leaf Dukkah
A delicious and aromatic roast chicken recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tbsp curry leaf dukkah
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle curry leaf dukkah generously over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve and enjoy!
Note: You can substitute curry leaf dukkah with your favorite spice blend if unavailable.
